Products

  • What makes Dr. Schrock's products different from supplements at the store?

    Three things: clinical dosing, bioavailable forms, and 40 years of practice-tested formulation. Most store supplements are underdosed or in a form the body absorbs poorly. Magnesium Oxide has roughly 4% absorption; Magnesium Glycinate — what we use — is dramatically better. More on the Schrock Difference.

  • Are your products FDA approved?

    Dietary supplements are not "approved" by the FDA the way pharmaceutical drugs are — this applies to every supplement brand. The FDA regulates supplements under a different framework: GMP-certified manufacturing facilities, ingredient purity testing, no disease claims, and adverse-event reporting requirements. All products on this site comply fully. The FDA disclaimer on every product is required by law for all US dietary supplements.

  • Do your products contain allergens, dairy, soy, or common allergens?

    Most products do not contain gluten, dairy, soy, or common allergens, but formulations vary by product. Always check the ingredient list on the specific product page. If you have questions about a specific ingredient, email hello@drschrock.com and we'll answer directly.

  • How long until I see results?

    Most botanical and nutritional supplements require consistent daily use for 30–60 days before meaningful results are noticeable. Supplements work with your body's natural processes — that takes time. Some products (Magnesium for sleep, Lavender Oil for relaxation) produce more immediate effects. Others — Joint Help, Prostate Support, Adrenal Support — build systemically over 60–90 days. Consistency is the single biggest factor.

  • Can I take multiple products together?

    Many of our customers take several products together, and most of the formulas are designed to complement each other. If you're on prescription medications, consult your physician before adding new supplements — some combinations interact with certain prescription medications. We've spent years putting together coordinated multi-product approaches in our Protocols.

Ordering

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 hours. Email hello@drschrock.com immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. If it has already shipped, our 30-day return policy applies.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security available. We never see or store your card details. All transactions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Shipping

  • Is shipping really free on every order?

    Yes — always, no minimum order, no threshold, no catch. Every order ships free on standard USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Standard shipping delivers in 3–7 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

  • My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

    First check your tracking link — most delays resolve within 1–2 days of the estimated delivery date. If it's been more than 10 business days with no movement, email hello@drschrock.com with your order number and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    30-day satisfaction guarantee on every item. If you're not happy for any reason — including opened products — contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund. Full details: Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • Do I have to send back an opened bottle to get a refund?

    No. If you tried a product and it didn't work for you, we'll refund you without requiring the return of an opened bottle. Email hello@drschrock.com with your order number and a brief note and we'll process your refund promptly.

Subscriptions

  • How does Subscribe & Save work?

    Select a subscription on any product page, choose your frequency — every 30, 60, or 90 days — and receive an automatic discount: 10% off monthly, 15% off bi-monthly, 20% off quarterly. Your card is charged automatically on each renewal date, and a fresh order ships to you.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Log in to your account and cancel from the subscriptions section, or email hello@drschrock.com and we'll handle it. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that order. No retention calls, no forms, no hassle.

Health questions

  • I'm pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I take these products?

    Consult your OB-GYN or midwife before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Many botanical compounds have not been studied in pregnant populations, and some that are safe generally are contraindicated during pregnancy. Please check with your provider first — this is genuinely important advice, not a generic disclaimer.

  • I take prescription medications. Can I take supplements too?

    Some supplements interact with medications — particularly blood thinners, thyroid medications, diabetes medications, and antidepressants. Check the ingredient list of any product you're considering with your prescribing physician or pharmacist before adding to your regimen. It's worth the 5-minute conversation.

  • Can I ask Dr. Schrock a health question about my specific condition?

    You can email general product and formulation questions to hello@drschrock.com. Dr. Schrock answers personally. He's not able to provide personalized medical advice or diagnosis through email, but he can share general information about how specific compounds work, and which products might be a particular area of health.

  • How do I apply for a wholesale account?

    Email hello@drschrock.com with your name, practice name, practice type, license number (for Practitioner and Clinic Partner tiers), and the products you're most interested in. We review applications within 2 business days.
