Common questions

How is the gift card delivered?

By email, immediately after purchase. You can send it directly to the recipient or have it emailed to yourself if you want to time the delivery (e.g. print it out and tuck it into a card). The email contains a unique redemption code the recipient enters at checkout.

Does the gift card expire?

Never. The recipient can hold onto it for weeks, months, or years and the value stays. We don't deduct service fees or reduce balances over time.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes — at checkout you'll be able to enter a personal message that's included in the gift email alongside the redemption code.

What can the gift card be used for?

Any product on the site — capsules, essential oils, sprays, bundles, even other gift cards. There are no exclusions and no minimum-order requirements. The recipient can use the full balance on one product or split it across multiple orders.

Which card should I pick for a generic gift?

The Birthday card is year-round evergreen — sage botanical artwork, no holiday-specific design. Use it any time of year when the occasion doesn't fit one of the other six themes.
