DrSchrock.com is operated by Doctor Schrock LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. Our principal place of business is Elberta, Alabama. Throughout these Terms, references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Doctor Schrock LLC. References to "you" refer to the person accessing this website.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you are not prohibited from purchasing dietary supplements under the laws of your state or country.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All products on DrSchrock.com are dietary supplements intended to support normal physiological function. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

• We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per household or per order.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product descriptions are intended to be accurate but may contain typographical or pricing errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any affected order.
• Product images are representative. Actual packaging may vary.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the product.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and supports major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is authorized at the time the order is placed and captured when the product ships.

If a charge fails, we may contact you to arrange an alternative method or cancel the order.

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 for expedited.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied for any reason — including opened products — contact us at hello@drschrock.com for a full refund. You do not need to return opened bottles.

If you elect a subscription at checkout, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically on each renewal date at the same product price and quantity until you cancel.

• You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@drschrock.com.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
• We will notify you by email of any change to subscription pricing at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

You may purchase as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to update that information as needed.

You agree not to use the website in any way that:

• Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Attempts to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the website, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping site data at scale.
