Shipping policy

Every Dr. Schrock's order ships from our Alabama fulfillment center. We use USPS and UPS depending on what's fastest to your address — you'll always get tracking via email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

On opened products

We do not require you to return opened bottles to receive a refund. If you tried a product and it didn't work for you, email us at hello@drschrock.com within 30 days. We process refunds promptly — no interrogation, no runaround.

How to start a return or report an issue

  1. Email us

    Send your order number and a brief description of the issue to hello@drschrock.com.

  2. We reply within 1 business day

    For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo in your email so we can resolve it quickly.

  3. Refund processed in 3–5 business days

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

  4. Confirmation email when complete

    You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders follow the same shipping and return policy as one-time orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account portal — no penalty, no retention calls.

  • Cancel or pause at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date
  • If a subscription order has already shipped it is subject to the standard 30-day return policy
  • To cancel, email hello@drschrock.com or manage it from your account

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders are subject to a modified return policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are fully covered. Returns for change of mind on wholesale orders require prior authorization and are subject to a 15% restocking fee on orders returned within 14 days of receipt.
