The four-formula detoxification stack: Liver Cleanse & Detox Support, Gut Balance, Activated Charcoal, and NAC — built to support both phases of liver detox and the gut-clearance loop that finishes the job.

Most cleanses dump toxins out of fat cells faster than the body can clear them — and the patient ends up feeling foggy, achy, and bloated for two weeks. That's not detox working. That's detox half-done.
A real liver reset supports both Phase I (the cytochrome enzymes that activate toxins) and Phase II (the glutathione, sulfation, and methylation pathways that conjugate them for excretion) — and then makes sure the gut is open and absorbent enough to carry the conjugated toxins out. This protocol stacks Liver Cleanse for Phase I/II support, NAC for glutathione precursor, Charcoal as a binder, and Gut Balance to keep the elimination route flowing. Two-week or four-week reset — the framework is the same.
This protocol supports healthy liver detoxification, gut function, and elimination pathways. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any cleanse or detox protocol, especially if you have liver, gallbladder, or kidney concerns.

Cleanse weeks 1-2, support throughout, rebuild weeks 3-4. The 30-day protocol I run on myself twice a year and prescribe in clinic for patients dealing with chronic bloating, slow digestion, or post-antibiotic dysbiosis.
Detox isn't a juice cleanse — it's a four-phase biochemical sequence. Each formula supports a different one.
Cytochrome P450 enzymes oxidize toxins for processing. Milk Thistle and B-vitamins fuel this step.
Glutathione, sulfation, and methylation pathways neutralize activated toxins. NAC is the precursor to glutathione.
Activated charcoal binds metabolized toxins in the gut so they exit instead of recirculating.
Gut Balance keeps the colon moving daily — non-negotiable, because backed-up gut means toxins reabsorb.
Liver Cleanse & Detox Support, Gut Balance, Activated Charcoal, and NAC bundled together. The complete two-phase detox stack at a protocol price.

Every spring and fall I'd run this protocol with patients who felt sluggish, puffy, or just "off." The key is that it supports both halves of the system at the same time — liver and gut. Skip one and you stall.
Two weeks is a starter reset. Four weeks is where most patients feel a meaningful shift in energy, digestion, and skin. Drink more water than feels reasonable, and don't take charcoal within two hours of medications or supplements — it binds those too.

The four protocol formulas are designed to work together — but timing matters. Charcoal binds anything in the gut, including the other supplements and any medications. Take Charcoal 2 hours apart from Liver Cleanse, Gut Balance, NAC, and any prescription medications. Full timing schedule on the included protocol card.
Skip or check with your physician first if you have gallstones (Milk Thistle and Dandelion can stimulate gallbladder contraction), are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medications that need stable absorption (charcoal interferes), or have a known kidney condition. Most other patients tolerate the full stack well.
Liver Cleanse: 1–2 capsules with breakfast and dinner. NAC: 1 capsule on an empty stomach (away from food, ideally morning). Gut Balance: 1 capsule with each meal. Activated Charcoal: 1–2 capsules between meals, always 2 hours away from everything else. Drink 80–100 oz of water daily for the duration.
Most patients feel a temporary lull at day 3–5 (mild detox symptoms — drink more water, this is normal). Energy and digestion typically shift around days 7–10. Skin, bloating, and "foggy" feelings usually clear by week 2–3. Run the full protocol for 2–4 weeks, then transition to maintenance.
The two most common adjustments are NAC (occasional mild GI upset — take with a small amount of food despite the empty-stomach preference) and Charcoal (constipation if water intake is too low — push water up). Pause the offending product, continue the others, and reach out to our team — we'll help you adjust.
